- Any floor, any building. Third floor walk up, basement storage, the back bedroom. Point at it and we carry it out. You do not move anything first.
- We take it apart. Sectional too wide for the stairwell? Bed frame, desk or crib that will not fit through the door? We take it apart and carry it out.
- You do not have to be there. Already moved out? Leave the key with your landlord or a neighbor, or send a door code with your photos. Pay by Zelle or Venmo from your new place.
- It goes where it should. Mattresses and box springs go to a mattress recycler, as Massachusetts law requires. Everything else goes to licensed disposal and recycling facilities. We are fully insured.

How move out junk removal works
- Send photos as soon as you know the date. Text (857) 250-9903, or use the quote form. Put every room and the basement storage in one message, and tell us the town, the floor and whether there is an elevator.
- Get your free quote. We reply within 15 minutes, 7am to 7pm. Sent after 7pm? We reply when we open at 7am. You get the quote before you book.
- Pick the day. Moving day, or after you have handed over the keys. Same day pickup is available if plans change.
- We clear it. The crew carries it out, takes apart what will not fit, loads it and hauls it away. Nobody has to be home.
- The cleaners come in, if you added a cleaning. Pera Cleaning Services cleans the empty rooms.

We do not take hazardous materials: chemicals, solvents, oil based paint, fuels, motor oil, pool chemicals, pesticides, propane tanks or asbestos. We also refuse car batteries, loose lithium batteries, fluorescent tubes, fire extinguishers, ammunition, fireworks, sharps, renovation debris, concrete, brick, stone, dirt, grand pianos, safes, central AC and mini split outdoor units, and built in or commercial refrigeration. Point them out in your photo and the crew leaves them where they are.
