Where your things go

Mattresses and box springs go to a mattress recycler, as Massachusetts law requires. Everything else goes to licensed disposal and recycling facilities. We are fully insured.

Who we work for

  • Homeowners and apartment dwellers. The couch on the third floor, the dresser in the attic, the boxes in the basement. Point at it and we carry it out.
  • Renters moving out. Hand back the keys to an empty apartment. Already moved? Leave the key with your landlord or a neighbor.
  • Landlords and property managers. Send the door code and we clear the unit between tenants without you there. Add a cleaning to the same booking before the next tenant moves in.
  • Realtors. Clear the house for the listing photos without your sellers there. Leave a key or a door code.
  • Families clearing an estate. You decide what the family keeps. We clear the rest, even if you live out of state.
  • Offices and small businesses. Desks, chairs, shelving and boxes out from any floor, any day from 7am to 7pm.

Add a cleaning to the same booking

Pera Junk Removal is part of Pera Cleaning Services. We clear it out, then the cleaners come in. Add a move out, deep or post construction cleaning to the same booking, and we quote it with the haul.

It suits a move out, an estate cleanout, a rental between tenants or an office. Want it clean too? Ask for a cleaning in the same message, or ask for both on the quote form.
