Privacy policy

This website is run by Pera Cleaning Services LLC, which operates Pera Junk Removal and Pera Cleaning Services. This page explains what we collect when you contact us and what we do with it.

What we collect

• What you type into the quote form: your name, phone number, email if you give it, ZIP code, what needs to go, where it is, when you need it done and any notes.
• Photos you attach to the form or send us by text.
• Basic technical data our host records when any website is visited, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested.

How we use it

• To price your job, reply to you and schedule the pickup.
• To keep a record of the work we did for you.
• To understand which pages and ads bring in requests, if we add analytics or ad measurement. We will update this page when we do.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the services we use to run this website and reply to you.

Services that handle your data

This site is hosted on Netlify, which also receives quote form submissions. Texts and calls go through our phone provider. Each of these companies has its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and job records as long as we need them to serve you and keep business records, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email info@perajunkremoval.com or call (857) 250-9903.

Children

This site is for adults arranging junk removal. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
